As young holiday goers, we loved the open and spacious resort with plenty of areas to chill and relax. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely. We stayed in the sunset suite and it was absolutely amazing to sleep under a mosquito net and enjoy the open air. The nearby village was friendly, and the sunsets were beautiful. Karamba provided a fantastic time.
Felt lucky, no complaints.

Plenty of options, delicious food. Location - magnificent, adjacent to other untouched beaches as well as the overhanging private gardens. Again, walking distance to a very old mosque. Totally terrific stay of 2 nights.

The bungalows at Karamba Eco Boutique Hotel are absolutely charming, with a cozy double bed, draped with a romantic canopy and complemented by a mosquito net. It made me feel like I was sleeping in a fairytale! I loved the fact that the rooms had mosquito nets on the windows, ensuring a peaceful and bug-free sleep. No worries about any unwanted visitors here!- The ceiling fan in the bungalow provided a refreshing breeze, creating a pleasant atmosphere on warm days. It was nice to have an alternative to air conditioning.- The bathroom in the bungalow had a hot shower, which was perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating after a day of exploring the beach and soaking up the sun.- The large terrace facing the sea was my absolute favorite spot! I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean right from the comfort of my own room.
Personally, I found the seating area in the individually decorated bungalows a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and some guests might actually enjoy it.

Generally friendly service with parking on-site. The pool area was well-maintained too. Exceptionally nice staff and marvellous and gorgeous location just next door to 20 boats, the beach to dolphin safari, and the sea from the rock. Also, to Baobab restaurant.

Thank you for a fairly nice stay. It's a trendy boutique hotel with reasonably large rooms. The staff are exceptionally nice and deserve a 4-star rating.

The hotel is located right next to the ocean, providing breathtaking views and a calming atmosphere. The cottages are beautifully designed and blend well with the surroundings. The swimming pool is well-maintained and a nice place to relax.
There was a lack of variety in the dinner menu and the food was not very flavorful compared to other places in the area.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel by the small village of Kizimkazi. The location is absolutely perfect, nestled in a quiet area on a coral cliff just north of the village. The views from here are breathtaking, as it is situated on an old coral reef. It truly felt like an oasis of peace and relaxation. The service was top-notch, with room service available and the option to hire a car if needed. The housekeeping was excellent, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy. The hotel also had a range of commercial services, such as shops and a laundry service. The airport shuttle was convenient and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The tours that I organized through the hotel were well-planned and enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a peaceful retreat.

We had a fantastic new year's experience at a small resort in a beautiful rural area of Zanzibar. The staff were super friendly, always greeting us with a smile and willing to help with anything we needed. We appreciated the complementary snorkelling expedition and yoga lessons that were included in our stay. The location of the resort was great, away from the busy tourist areas, with stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape.
The proximity to the beach, as the shoreline was quite rocky, making it difficult to go for a swim without the assistance of a boat. there weren't many options for dining nearby, which required us to eat most meals at the resort.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel near the beach and small village. The location is perfect for relaxation, offering a private beach on the cliffs during low tide and beautiful sunset views. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with high ceilings in the family rooms, ocean walking trails, and outside showers. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and food in the restaurant were of very good quality. It was also great to have facilities to prepare tea in the room and enjoy it on the veranda by the sea.
Can't fault anything about it.
